The WanderByJose Microneedling App is a free personal calculator created by an individual content creator based in the Netherlands. It is not a medical device, not a clinical tool and not a regulated health service. All content, depth guidance, serum suggestions, cartridge recommendations and session information is based solely on independent personal research by a non-professional. It does not constitute medical advice, clinical guidance, dermatological recommendation or professional opinion of any kind. Nothing in this application should be interpreted as a substitute for consultation with a qualified dermatologist, licensed aesthetician or other healthcare professional.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• Microneedling is an invasive procedure that carries inherent risks including but not limited to skin infection, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, scarring, bruising, nerve damage, vascular injury and allergic reaction.
• The depth values, cartridge suggestions and serum guidance provided by this application are calculated estimates based on my interpretation of published literature. Actual outcomes depend entirely on your individual skin condition, technique, equipment, products used and aftercare.
• You assume full and sole responsibility for any decision you make based on information provided by this application, including the decision to perform microneedling on yourself or others.
• You waive any and all claims, demands, causes of action and liability of any kind against the author of this application arising from your use of or reliance on its content, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
• You acknowledge that no warranty, express or implied, is made regarding the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any information provided.

Use of this application does not create a patient-practitioner relationship, a client-professional relationship or any other form of duty of care between you and the author. The author is not a medical professional, licensed aesthetician or trained clinician.

You confirm that none of the following apply to you at the time of use:

• Current use of or cessation within 6 months of isotretinoin (Accutane or equivalent)
• Active skin infection, open wounds or cold sores in the treatment area
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Known tendency to form keloid or hypertrophic scars
• Current use of blood thinners or immunosuppressants
• Active flare of eczema, psoriasis or rosacea in the treatment zone

These Terms of Use are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of this application shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the Netherlands, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction. By agreeing to these Terms you expressly waive any right to bring proceedings against the author in any other jurisdiction, including but not limited to the jurisdiction of your country of residence.

The author reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document.
